1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using searchfromtool.com (the “Site”) and any of its tools, including the Google Ads Preview, Bing Ads Preview and Ad Mockup Maker (together, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of service

SearchFrom provides free, browser-based utilities that let you preview publicly available search engine results as they appear in different geographic locations, on different devices and in different languages, and to create illustrative advertisement mockups. The Services are provided for informational, research and presentation purposes only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use automated scripts, bots or scrapers to access the Site or extract its data at scale.
• Attempt to probe, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise discover the internal workings, source code or methods of the Services.
• Use mockups created with the Ad Mockup Maker to deceive, defraud or mislead any person — for example, by presenting a mockup as a genuinely running advertisement or as an endorsement.
• Resell, sublicense or misrepresent the Services as your own product.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, text and software are the property of SearchFrom and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Google, Bing and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners; SearchFrom is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC or Microsoft Corporation. Search results displayed through the Services belong to their respective search engines and rights holders.

Mockups you create with the Ad Mockup Maker using your own content are yours. You are solely responsible for the content you enter and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that previews will be error-free, uninterrupted or perfectly identical to what any specific person sees, as search engines personalise and continuously change their results. 6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SearchFrom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-party content and links

Previews rendered by the Services display third-party content from search engines. We do not control and are not responsible for that content, nor for the content of any external websites linked from results or ads shown in a preview.

8. Changes to the service and these terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
