Clean ad copy fast: strip emojis and special characters, change case, and generate URL slugs.
Formula: Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Character counts use code points, so an emoji or an accented character counts as one, which is how ad platforms count them too.
FAQ
Google Ads does not allow emojis in search ad text, and a single stray emoji is enough to get an asset disapproved. Pasting copy from a doc or a chat often brings emojis and invisible variation selectors with it, so stripping them before upload avoids a rejection.
Word processors silently convert straight quotes to curly ones and hyphens to em dashes. Those characters can break CSV uploads and look inconsistent in ads, so this option converts them back to plain ASCII quotes, apostrophes and hyphens.
Title case capitalises each significant word (small words like “of” and “the” stay lowercase) and is common in headlines. Sentence case capitalises only the first word of each sentence and reads more naturally in descriptions. Both are available here.
It lowercases the text, strips accents, replaces anything that is not a letter or number with a hyphen, and trims the ends — turning “Café & Bar Nights!” into “cafe-bar-nights”. Each line becomes its own slug.
No. Everything runs in your browser — the text never leaves your device and nothing is stored or logged.
